Jelly Socks by Stella Ackroyd
Jelly Socks by Stella Ackroyd
These short socks work up very quickly and can be made from just 50gm of sock yarn!
Worked from the top down, the short cuff quickly leads on to a garter stitch heel flap (that’s right, the only purl stitches in this pattern appear in the ankle rib), then a quick zoom down the foot to end in a neatly shaped toe.
Personalise with stripes mid foot, or stick with the pattern instructions for a sporty two colour toe. I like to use up scraps of yarn for a matching but non-identical look.
Perfect for wearing with sneakers or sandals (or even as bed socks) - what’s not to love??
